Lazada is celebrating its 10th birthday this year on 27 March, and is marking the occasion with an Epic Birthday Sale with a huge lineup of promotions and events. Here’s a list of what you can expect!
Every day from 21 until 27 March, Lazada is giving away 50,000 free shipping vouchers to its customers. Lazada customers can also earn up to RM400 in Lazada Bonus, which will allow them to enjoy a RM10 discount for every RM100 spent from 27 to 29 March. Longtime Lazada shoppers will know that Lazada Bonus discounts are only available during specific sales, and they are stackable with other vouchers such as store vouchers, Lazada-platform vouchers, and free shipping vouchers, which allows them to enjoy more savings, especially for big-ticket purchases.
On top of that, Lazada’s Crazy Brand Mega Offers will kick off the much-awaited birthday sale with a two-hour-only sale of premium items on LazMall, with mega discounts of up to 70%. Throughout the day, Lazada will also have flash sales, offering appealing deals as low as RM0.10.
There is also Chup Dulu, a unique pre-booking feature on Lazada that lets customers book popular items from well-known brands. By placing a non-refundable 10% deposit for the items by 26 March, they can “check out” and pay the remaining amount from 2 am on 27 March, and enjoy the extra savings without having to compete with millions of other shoppers.
Lazada is also adding more fun to its birthday fiesta with its very own Lazzie Star and Lazzie Hunt games. From 16 to 29 March, Lazada users can play Lazzie Star, where Lazzie – Lazada’s iconic mascot – debuts as a baker. Customers can earn Lazada Bonus rewards and exclusive discounts as they help Lazzie become a Cake Master through the game.
Customers can also take part in Lazzie Hunt via the in-app Lazzie Hunt Mission Centre, from 21 March to 10 May, to collect Lazzies for rewards. They can also collect Lazzies by scanning the QR codes on Lazada parcels and at participating partner stores or rides, such as CIMB Bank, Domino’s and AirAsia Ride. The collected Lazzies can then be redeemed for vouchers, wallet rebates and LazCoins.
Aside from the deals, Lazada has also introduced the Time Machine, a personalised in-app feature that will take shoppers through their Lazada journey over the years. Shoppers can discover their shopper profiles based on nine unique shopper profiles, and get recent lifestyle insights.
