Shopee has launched Shopee Rewards, a loyalty programme designed to enhance user experience by offering exclusive benefits, vouchers, and perks. This programme operates on a tiered system, allowing users to ascend through Classic, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers based on their spending and order activity within each bi-annual cycle.
All new users begin at the Classic tier. To progress to higher tiers, users must meet both minimum order and spending requirements. For instance, advancing to the Silver tier necessitates completing at least 10 orders and spending a minimum of RM500. The Gold tier requires 30 orders and RM2,000 in spending, while the Platinum tier demands 50 orders and RM4,000 in spending.
Each tier unlocks progressively greater rewards. Classic members receive up to RM275 worth of vouchers every month, including free shipping discounts and cashback vouchers. Silver members enjoy up to RM500 worth of vouchers monthly, with additional benefits such as birthday rewards. Gold members are entitled to up to RM1,000 worth of vouchers each month, including Shopee Food vouchers. Platinum members receive up to RM2,000 worth of vouchers monthly and benefit from premium customer service, ensuring faster response times and priority support.

Birthday vouchers are preloaded into the Voucher Wallet three days before a user’s birthday month for Silver members and above, valid for 30 days upon receipt. All other vouchers from the loyalty programme expire within the month of issuance.
Users can monitor their tier status and benefits through the Shopee app by navigating to the ‘Me’ tab and selecting their rewards tier tag. The platform encourages users to shop more to unlock higher tiers and enjoy the associated exclusive rewards.
Purchases of digital products, Shopee games, ShopeeFood, and other exclusions are not eligible for Shopee Rewards progress.
