Malaysia Aviation Group Launches Travel And Lifestyle Digital Platform, Journify

The Malaysian Aviation Group (MAG) has rolled out a new travel and lifestyle digital platform that offers end-to-end travel solutions for its users, dubbed Journify. The new product – which is currently in its beta-testing stage – aims to offer a more enjoyable and personalised travel experience to its users by simplifying their travel needs.

The platform currently offers three key features: Discover, Plan, and Shop. Under Discover, users will be able to find information and reviews of places that they are interested in visiting, such as restaurants, entertainment outlets, shopping malls, and attractions.

Meanwhile, in Plan – which is integrated with the Discover function – you can create itineraries for your future travels. As for Shop, it is an online marketplace where you can purchase various travel and lifestyle products and services, including arranging for a local tour guide and purchasing merchandises from local brands to be delivered to your doorstep. Additionally, all your purchases will earn you Enrich Points, which you can then use to redeem other rewards.

At present, Journify offers more than 10 categories of merchants and points of interest, and more features and functionalities are slated to be added soon.

In addition to the above features, Journify also introduces a “first-of-its-kind flagship experience” through something called the Journify2u service. Essentially, this service allows travellers who are departing from KLIA to get the products that they purchase on Journify to be delivered to them at the boarding lounge.

According to the group chief executive officer of MAG, Captain Izham Ismail, Journify marks a significant milestone in MAG’s transformation journey in becoming Asia’s leading travel and aviation service group. Additionally, it is set to transform consumers’ travel experience.

“I truly believe Journify would be the future gateway to discover unique offerings that integrates multiple functions and features, expanding the Malaysia Hospitality experience beyond our customer’s journey and their day-to-day lives,” said Captain Izham in a statement.

In conjunction with the launch of Journify, the platform is currently offering discount e-vouchers for selected Malaysian brands. To find out more about Journify, head on over to the website here. Alternatively, you can find Journify within the Malaysia Airlines mobile app, which can be downloaded for free from Google Play, the App Store, and Huawei AppGallery.
