TNG eWallet Enables TNB Bill Payment Feature One Day Ahead Of Schedule
Author Avatar

Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet has now enabled its bill payment feature for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), allowing users to conveniently pay their TNB bills via the e-wallet. This puts TNG eWallet one day ahead of the scheduled date stated in its teaser post, which hinted at this reveal on 13 November 2021 (tomorrow).

With this update, TNG eWallet users will now be able to find TNB listed as a biller under “Electricity” after tapping on the “Bills” tile in their main app homepage. If you wish to pay your TNB bill, you’ll be prompted to key in your account number and the amount that you need to pay. There is also a note to inform you that it may take up to one working day to update your account if the payment is successful.

Aside from TNG eWallet, Boost also shared that it will be supporting TNB bill payment and that, too, temporarily went live a few days ago, although it was eventually taken down again.
