Lazada Everyday Cashback Vouchers Now Replaced With Weekly, Special Cashback Vouchers
Author Avatar

Lazada appears to have replaced its Everyday Cashback vouchers with some new variants since the start of October, namely Weekly Cashback vouchers and Special Cashback monthly vouchers.

Frequent Lazada shoppers will notice that the Everyday Cashback vouchers – which were previously found upon tapping into the Everyday Cashback tile – are no longer available for claiming. Instead, they’ll now see two different types of “new” vouchers:

  • 20% Weekly Cashback vouchers (min spend RM20, capped at RM4) that are valid for six days from date of collection
  • 30% Special Cashback vouchers (min spend RM50, capped at RM15) that will refresh on a monthly basis

These vouchers are limited in quantity, and can only be collected during specific times of the week or month – as compared to the Everyday Cashback vouchers that are quite readily accessible since they refresh on a daily basis.

That said, the mechanics for using the Weekly and Special Cashback vouchers remain pretty much the same as that of the Everyday Cashback vouchers; they can only be applied to cashback items from merchants who are participating in this rewards programme, and you will receive the cashback credits after your purchase is completed. These collected cashback credits, meanwhile, can be used to offset some of the costs of your subsequent purchases.

Although Lazada’s Everyday Cashback vouchers have only been introduced quite recently – at the beginning of this year – it has become a popular benefit that customers tap into frequently to maximise their savings when shopping on the platform. Prior to this latest update, it has already seen a few revisions to adjust the cashback rates offered under this rewards programme.

Finally, we’re not sure if the Everyday Cashback vouchers will make a comeback in the future, but if it does, we’ll keep you updated on it.
