Lazada has introduced a new incentive programme that offers something called LazCash to customers shopping on its platform. It is described as a “virtual currency” that can be used to offset the cost of platform-wide purchases made with sellers on the platform.
According to Lazada’s Help Centre, LazCash can be earned through various activities that you do on the e-commerce platform, such as completing order and video missions, as well as playing games. For example, you are currently able to earn LazCash through the 12.12 Team Challenge, which is held in conjunction with the upcoming 12.12 All Out Sale. For this game, specifically, you’re required to form a team of five and complete daily battles or missions to earn points; those who win the battle will get tokens to redeem LazCash.
Upon earning the virtual currency, you can check your LazCash balance by heading to your Account page, then tapping on the “LazCash” tile. If you’d like to use LazCash to enjoy discounts when making purchases, simply enable the LazCash option at the checkout page to apply the rebate.

From the image shared, it would also appear that LazCash can be stacked with selected rebates and vouchers as well, including LazCoins and store discounts.
Lazada further clarified that in cases of order cancellations or returns, your LazCash is refundable, to be credited back to your account immediately. Note, though, that if you’ve confirmed that you’ve received your order, or your order has been automatically confirmed by the system, then LazCash will not be refunded.
Prior to this introduction of LazCash, Lazada had announced that it was ceasing its Everyday Cashback rewards programme back in October 2023. At that time, it said that it is “shaking things up” and that “exciting things are coming”.
